How to delete older Operations data from Compass?
Deleting Teams
Go to Teams
Select the Team you want to delete
Click on Edit team profile
Click on the 3 dots icon
...
and select Delete from the dropdown
This is an irreversible action and deletes all the associated team configurations for operations. Please be sure of deletion before proceeding.
The following will get deleted permanently:
Alerts
Integrations
Schedules
On-call settings
Deleting On-call schedules
Go to Operations > On-call Schedules
Click on the On-call schedule you wish to delete
Click on View Schedule
Click on the 3 dots icon
...
and select Delete from the dropdown
Deleting Integrations
Go to Operations > Overview
Select the Team whose Integrations you want to delete
Go to Integrations
For the integrations you want to delete, click on the 3 dots icon
...
and select Delete from the dropdown
Alternatively, if you are on the Compass Premium edition, you can follow these steps:
Go to Operations > General Configuration
Go to Integrations
For the integrations you want to delete, click on the 3 dots icon
...
and select Delete from the dropdown
Deleting Alerts
Go to Operations > Alerts
Click on the top check box to select all Alerts
Click on the 3 dots icon
...
and select Delete from the dropdown
