Allow cross-site tracking or third-party cookies on browsers

This article highlights a new alerting feature that's natively available in Compass and is gradually rolling out to some customers. It may not yet be visible or available on your site.

On Chrome

  1. Open your Chrome browser on your computer.

  2. On the top right, select More actions (image-20241014-175046.png ).

  3. Select Settings > Privacy and security.

  4. Select Allow third-party cookies.

On Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.

  2. On the top right side of the window, select More actions (image-20241014-175053.png ).

  3. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.

  4. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data, and turn off Block third-party cookies.

  5. Check that the toggle for Allow sites to save and read cookie data is turned on.

On Firefox

  1. Open the Firefox browser on your computer.

  2. Visit the Compass website.

  3. On the left of the address bar, select More actions (image-20241014-175846.png ).

  4. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.

  5. In the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, select the option for the page to reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.
